By partnering or engaging Timeless Plush, you agree that you abide by this agreement and any additional that maybe offered to you by Timeless Plush. A client is the party described as such an any application or service order executed between Timeless Plush and the individual / company.

Payment
- We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
- Payment can be made for goods via –
- EFT manual payment
- Online payments: Instant EFT, VISA & Mastercard
Delivery of goods
- Timeless Plush offers delivery to your door.
PLEASE NOTE: In some instances, we may cancel your order due to items not being available anymore, or if we are not happy to send the items upon inspection before dispatch (damaged or not in good order) in this case, we can offer you alternatives or we will reimburse you. Note that the refund may take up to 5 – 7 working days for payment to reflect.
Return Policy
- All returns to take place within 48 hours. Credit refunds will take place within 3 working days.
- Credit is only allocated when product is damaged upon delivery, with proof thereof.
- Please note that some items are pre-loved and may show small signs of damage.
- Quality checks are personality done before dispatching and all products are in good condition.
- Courier cost are not refundable.
